The War Against Liquid Calories

One of my big 7 Pillars of Health & Fitness (which I’ll be revealing all of shortly) is to watch your intake of liquid calories. This is one of the biggest secrets to achieving weight loss success.

Liquid calories, and by that I mean smoothies, fruit juices, flavoured waters, soft drinks, alcohol, cordial – name your poison are all classified as liquid calories.

They are the silent killer to your healthy eating plan – no doubt about it.
