Too many people are hung up on the past.

You know all the bad stuff that’s happened to them or the negative thoughts they have and how they always seem to self-sabotage their fat loss results for one reason or another.

My motto is to draw a line in the sand and forget the past. Yesterday ended last night – that’s a powerful statement to remember.
