The 4th Pillar Of Health & Wellbeing: Monitor Your Cheat Meals

Today is an important pillar in the 7 pillars of health and wellbeing, as they all are, but it is probably the pillar that most people gloss over.

The 4th pillar of health and wellbeing focuses on keeping the number of cheat meals you eat under control.

Some people have the misguided perception that they can eat whatever they want so long as they are doing a lot of training sessions.
BIG mistake my friends.
You can never out-train a bad diet.

This goes hand in hand with the Eat Clean, Stay Lean principle that I discussed as part of pillar number two.

So what do you reckon about your cheat meal intake?

Personally I know when I exceed my weekly limit (and it does happen at times – I’m only human) that my results suffer.

And if I’m in a fat loss cycle then it goes a long way to stuffing up all my progress that I’ve made. This is the same for you too.

Remember you can never out-train a bad diet. There’s no ifs or buts.
