Here’s a list of 10 rules – or commandments – that you must follow if you every want to get to the bottom of your own personal fat loss mystery. i.e. if you’ve ever asked yourself this question:
what do I have to do to finally achieve those fat loss results I’ve been wanting for all of these years?
well, this is your game plan.
# 1 – Thou shall not follow the old rules of fat loss. There is a new world order for fat loss and it’s time is now.
# 2 – Thou shall surround themselves with positive people who will not drag down their mission to succeed.
# 3 – Thou shall not listen to outdated personal trainers, nutritionists and dieticians who follow the old world order for healthy eating. These rules are outdated and it’s time has passed.
# 4 – Thou shall get at least 7 hours of sleep each night, ideally more. This is when your body is making the real changes that you want to see. Compromise is not an option.
# 5 – Thou shall realise that short, effective workouts and interval training routines that only last anywhere from 15 to 30 minutes are more than enough when it comes to achieving fat loss results – providing your training is intense and follows the Aussie Fatblast guidelines
# 6 – Thou shall realise that sit ups and crunches are the most ineffective abs workout ever and do nothing but destroy your lower back.
# 7 – Thou shall have goals that are written down and reviewed daily. How else are you supposed to achieve your dream body if you don’t know what that dream body looks like?
# 8 – Thou shall follow my Eat Clean, Stay Lean theory . Luckily fat loss doesn’t have to be rocket science when you get this commandment.
# 9 – Thou shall realise that there is no such thing as a quick fix. Once you realise that scam diets where you have to drink some magic potion and miracle infomercial abs products are a total waste of your money and time. They insult your intelligence and make you even fatter than the scam companies wallets.
# 10 – Thou shall realise that no matter how hard you train, you cannot out-train a bad diet. Once this message sinks in you can experience results that you never thought possible.
