Munday’s Motivation: Break The Rules

Today I want to share with you a different idea for your weekly Munday’s Motivation.

And it’s the simple concept of breaking the rules.

I can’t put this down to any one source because experts around any field will tell you this is one of their biggest keys to success.

Look at Richard Branson. Started a magazine when he was like 15 or something and look where that’s taken him. Even got himself an island with money he didn’t have at the time.

Look at the old method of fat loss – slow, boring aerobic training mixed in with a body builder style split body part routine. We all know that doesn’t work any more if you really want to maximise your fat loss results in minimal time.

It takes someone to step outside of their comfort zone and break the rules that are standard for their industry or goal.

You’ve just got to find that one thing that works for you and that will see you achieve the success that you deserve.

Me, I don’t follow the government guidelines for ‘healthy eating’ because they are WRONG.

What could that be for you?

Break the rules. Stick it to tradition and the ‘that’s the way it’s always been done’ philosophy.
