I don’t have time for most personal trainers as they are so far up themselves and have no idea on what constitutes a safe exercise in this day and age so i don’t waste my time with most of them.
But there is one guy I have time for. His name is James Kerrison and you might have seen me link to his stuff on here before because it’s top quality info and I always like to surround myself with fellow fat loss experts (note: not just dumb arse personal trainers) to bounce things off.
Anyway this is a video from the last time James and I caught up for a coffee and a bit of a brain storm which doesn’t happen as often as I would like as he is in Tassie and I’m in Sydney.
I always love picking the brains of people who are leading the way in the fat loss game.
