		<description>I have been avoiding wheat for the past two weeks (except for the pizza on my cheat meal) and after the first day it made an enormous difference with me. I immediately felt less bloated and definitely had less gas. I&#039;m definitely going to avoid wheat except for the occasional cheat meal now and then. But I do have a question, what about gluten free things like muffins and such, or granola? Are these foods still OK or should I avoid them as well?</description>
