Like most teenage boys I was obsessed with “The Body”, Elle MacPherson.
I even got to see her at an in-store appearance back in the day – the highlight of my up to then pretty un-eventful life!
Anyhow, the Sunday Telegraph had a special feature on the weekend on Elle Macpherson’s training routine and at first I was bracing myself for a “this’ll be interesting” type of comment but what I actually saw surprised me.
In a good way.
As it turns out, Elle is pretty spot on the money with her training routine. Well, her personal trainer is pretty spot on the money with her workout.
- Elle McPherson Training Routine
Check out this little insight into the gym workout routine and healthy eating plan of a supermodel.
Elle’s workout revolves around chin ups, cable work and swiss ball exercises. Now so long as those swiss ball exercises are not for crunches, it’s spot on the money.
The foundations that her trainer gives her are exercises that encompass Squat, Lunge, Bend, Twist, Push and Pull exercises.
Nowhere in the article did you read about Elle’s trainer giving her arm curls and tricep extensions to get her sexy arms happening.
She’s doing multi-joint exercises = the ones that give you the bigger bang for your buck results wise.
This is so refreshing to finally here a celebrity personal trainer giving their client actual value for money.
As for her healthy eating tips – this is 100% correct.
Elle limits her wheat intake.
So if it’s good enough for Elle Macpherson to get the message to give wheat a miss why are you still chowing down on this evil poison?
This video should help ram home the point.
The other big advantage that Elle has over most women looking to get back in their skinny jeans is that she eats mainly organic foods and sticks to wholefoods.
By eating wholefoods Elle is eating real food. That is something that has either come from the ground or from a vine.
Not something that has come packaged in a fancy box.
Don’t just think it’s just plain genetics that has Elle looking like she does at 46.
It’s clean living and a gym workout routine that actually works, just like what you will find in the Aussie Fatblast Success System.
