This bodyweight workout challenge is short and sweet and, if you’re in pretty good nick, you should be able to knock this over in less than 10 minutes – aim for the 7-8 minutes mark and you’ll be up there with the best.
There are only 3 exercises for you to do:
1) Prisoner Squats
2) Decline Push Ups
3) Russian Twists
It’s called Club 100 because there’s 100 reps of each of the exercises.
Some will be easier to complete than others.
The decline push ups are pretty hard! Rest if you can’t knock out 100 straight but try and minimise the rest periods to keep your heart rate high and workout time to a minimum.
Enjoy the workout demo below and enjoy the sights of the North Shore of Oahu in Hawaii – shot on my honeymoon. Also check out the cool sunrise that you can see in the background.
My wife and I did this workout the morning of our last stay on the North Shore before we had an early morning flight. We wanted a quick workout and we wanted something to challenge us.
This did the trick.
So what do you think?
Time to give it a go?
If you really want to crank up the challenge do it barefoot. It’ll make your body work harder. Don’t believe me? Try it and see!
Let me know how you did with it if you decide to try it. Just leave a comment below and I look forward to hearing from you.
Also, if you like this type of workout routine, short and sweet but very effective to maximise your results – why not jump on board the Bodyweight Blitz Step by Step Home Exercise Workout System. It’s only $4.95 to trial it for the first 30 days.
Will I see you on the otherside?
