Can You See Fat Loss Results In One Day?

I was recently asked this question:

Can you see results in only one day?

What do you think? Well for my thoughts I’ll  just keep ‘em short and simple.

But I definitely think we can. Especially when it comes to your stubborn belly fat.

The easiest way to do this is to cut out all the rubbish from your diet.

Yep, plain and simple, you’ve got to eat healthy.

Remove the wheat.

That’s the big thing.

Wheat is a bugger of a food.

It bloats you and makes you feel like rubbish.

It can give some people, like me, plenty of gas, so it definitely isn’t a good thing to stick around me for long if I’ve been eating anything with wheat in it!

That’s just the bodies way of getting rid of something that it shouldn’t be having.

But I seriously believe that you can see results within a day just by eliminating wheat – so basically everything that is processed – from your diet for just one day.

Try it. Eat fresh fruit, vegetables, lean meat and nuts and seeds for a day.

Sure, you won’t lose 10kg in a day but imagine what happens when one day becomes one week, which becomes one month.

That’s where the real results happen.

Try it and let me know if you notice any difference when you wake up the next morning.

If you have coffee, go the long black. No soy, no milk.
