Bodyweight Tabata Workout Challenge

This bodyweight tabata workout challenge is another one of my at home exercises that can be done anywhere without any equipment.

Well, the only piece of equipment you do need is a Gymboss timer but they cost less than $25 including postage anywhere in the world so you can hardly use that as an excuse not to do one of these sessions.

As I wrote on here yesterday, interval training routines are a great way to increase your fat loss results.

So I recommend doing the workout in yesterdays post and combine with this tabata workout that I’ll give you today.

This is a bodyweight tabata workout and you will need to set your Gymboss timer to interval rounds of 20 seconds of work and 10 seconds of rest.

You’ll also need to set the timer for 8 rounds which equals 4 minutes of work.

Now, here’s your 4 exercises, which you will run through twice each before moving onto the next one:

1) Burpees x 2 rounds

2) Star Jumps x 2 rounds

3) Plyometric Jumps x 2 rounds

4) Body Blasts x 2 rounds

Now that gives you 4 total minutes of action.

You should be feeling pretty tired by now but if you want some extra action take 1 minute rest then back up and go again for another 4 minutes.

10 minutes of a complete workout and you should now be toasted!

Let me know what you think of the workout in the comments section below.
