If you’ve been following me for any length of time, you’ll be well aware that I’m a massive fan of bodyweight training and let me tell you here and now, there are some great success stories that I have from people using just bodyweight training alone – and none of the mumbo jumbo rubbish you’ll find in gyms – to get some fantastic results.

Body weight Training is so great because you can do it anywhere, anyplace and anytime.

Interstate for business? No worries, do a hotel room workout.

Beautiful day outside? No worries, do it in the local park.

The only limit is your imagination.

I’ve done bodyweight workouts in front of the Eiffel Tower in Paris, at the Colosseum in Rome and on the cliffside in Santorini just to name a couple of great exotic places which proves you can do them anywhere.
